More About Spring Hill Tennessee

Jim McCarthy Can work with voice clients all over middle TN and Spring Hill, TN. Spring hill was once the hunting ground of the native american tribes of the Cherokee, Chicksaw and the Shawnee. The soil which is rich and fertile and the abundance of natural springs make it attractive for various wildlife. Early settlers believed in the area so much that soon enough, the community expanded and it became a real town.

Historical mansions, estates and churches dot the landscape. Many of the structures have been restored reflecting the pride of the people in the area. During the American Civil ware, Spring hill was the prelude for the bloody battle of Franklin. Despite this, the town kept growing and expanding. In the 80's industry shifted from agricultural to manufacturing with General motors and Saturn building manufacturing plants in the area. Almost overnight the small town changed into a city.

Spring Hill is 28 square miles and located just 35 miles south of Nashville, TN.  The city straddles two counties - Maury and Willamson county and it is a part of the Greater Cumberland Region. In 2010, Spring Hill's population was estimated to be around  29,036 and as of 2018 it has grown by around 30% to 40,436.
